A list, for CUIP/NSP staff and school Tech Coordinators, for exchanging hints, techniques, programs, and materials for implementing in CUIP schools the related projects of: desktop maintenance via Ghost re-imaging; student work goes to network home folders; e-portfolios based from those folders. Added fall 2003: In fact, this will be considered a forum for sharing tips and tricks, questions and answers, resources and recipes, on all sorts of questions about Domains and Active Directory for NT4, WS2K, and for that matter WS2K+3. Using Ghosters
To post a message to all the list members, send email to ghosters@lists.cuip.net. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Ghosters
Subscribe to Ghosters by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a public list, which means that the list of members list is available to everyone. (but we obscure the addresses so they are not easily recognizable by spammers). Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
